please sir dont answer me as already answered.i have filled two cases in gujaratdomestic violence and 498.On first hearing of domestic violence nobody neither any advocate appeared.So next hearin date is given.Now first hearing of 498 is on 5th Nov and i am doutfull that nobody will appear.He is living on rental house along with his mother in ranchi.So if he flew away i cant find him again.So how my case will procede further.I am 100 percent confident that he will not appear for hearing and will run away some where.Pls answer.he has taken 10lack money in cash as dowry. How i will get justice

If he does not appear a second time also possibly, there could be action through police.
You should pursue your 498 case diligently; appropriate efforts should be made to seek his arrest at the earliest. however, since your case is already pending in court, it may be better to follow your local counsel's advice.
