hi sir, can audio recording help in court to prove my innocence as that is the only thing i have in hand to prove that my wife has deserted me as she has confessed about her relations with her boy friend . now she has left me and gone to women cell against me and also blackmailing me to give her money. if the audio recording is helpful then when should it be presnted ?in women cell , at police level ,or only in court?

Audio recording is admissible as an evidence under the Evidence Act. You can show it in the Women cell as well as in court.They can contradict this proof but they have to prove that the recording is not genuine. For more at 919555462995
