sir if she comes back she will somehow create stituation where she can file acase against him and his family very recent when my friend father expired he asked her to go along for the rites and rituals which she completely dinied as per as my friend presently he just wants to see his daughter so how can he apply for visitation rights?and if they stay apart for long then what would be the conclusion anything that can act on his favour....

they can go for mutual consent divorce if separation is more than one year.
