Send the copy of order mostly the condition of this type is not order by court but if it is then required to fulfil and u may go for appeal or for review

if it is a condition for your bail, you will have to do so. Since you were unemployed, then, you should have mentioned it to the court at the time of arguments on bail. you must, therefore show the order to lawyer and get it confirmed. you may seek modification of the order if maintainance was otherwise not argued at the time of bail

such conditions are not common in bail orders and it may not be under the jurisdiction of the high court to impose maintenance in lieu of bail. this order may be challenged in the Supreme court.
