Legal Question in Family Law in India
sir i got bail from pun jab & haryana highcourt in 498/406 case.but judge gave child custody to my wife & i need to pay 3000 rs month as maintenance which i cannot pay as iam unemployed & if i not pay this 3000 for consecutive 3 mnths my bail got cancelled.is this fair justice wat shud i do pls suggest.
