Sir if my brother married my mothers brotheres daughter under Hindu marriage Act then is it a valid marriage?(Brother married his mothers brothers daughter)

this marriage is performed within prohibited degrees of marriage and it is void ab initio i.e. no marriage in the eyes of law.
