Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir,

case hma 1955 in 13 (1) ia and husband ifiled for amendment order 6 rule 151 cpc . i filed reply against it which is missing form the court file from the same day . i have no proof for submission only having photo copy of that

Q1- what is better to do ?

Q2- Can i re submit it ?

Q3- Can i ask peshkaar to sign for receiving of submitted document in future ?

In a pending litigation your own lawyer is your best guide, however with the leave of the court you can resubmit the copy
