Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

A Central Govt. employee retired about 10 years back now aged of 70 years, married a woman of 50 years of age now in 2011. What are all the documents that retired employee has to submit to his employer, a defence factory at Jablpur for forwarding the papers to the CDA-Pension-Allahabad.

Whether a marriage Card, and an affidavit by the retired employee with 2 witness, notarized will be sufficient that he has married a woman of 50 years of age now in the year of 2011. Normally marriages under Hindu marriage Act need not be registered any where. A Hindu marrying a women need not obtain any marriage certificate as per law.

Without a marriage certificate basing on the above mentioned documents whether the Controller of Defence Accounts-Allahabad will include the name of his present wife in the records or not ?
