sir charge sheet filed in court & i have deposit the bonde of 30k each including mom & dad to get ragular bail from amritsar dist court.there i got the dasti summons from pyada case is HMA wife file divorce case in amritsar,but i have already filed the HMA case in delhi in month of jan2012.wat shud i do now?and when i get the that deposit amt which i mom& dad deposit in court i got the deposit receipt as well.pls clear my doubts?

you immediately inform the Amritsar Court about filing of Divorce Case at Delhi prior to the case in Amritsar so it may stay the proceedings at Amritsar.
