Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir, many close friends of mine saying that you and your family may be arrested in 498a case and dv act. pls pay them money and settle the dispute. and avoid long time of harrasment of you and your family.

but if eveyone thinks the same way as my friends told me then how the false case fabricated by greedy wife and lawyers come to an end . i need a true lawyer advice who fight case not for just money but for the justice.

i know its difficult to send my wife and her family members behind bar as law is framed for women .

but i want to fight with true facts. not for myself but for thousands of innocent persons who charge with the same section of dowry.

i dont say that every women is corroupt.but to settle the dipute in money is just show that the main motive is money and nothing to do with the justice. if women need justice they do not settle the case for money but fight for the women right by sending the groom and other members behind bars. so that no one think to do unjustice to womens.

i feel that in my 5 months of harrasment by my inlaw . thatis due to the misue of our law by lawyers and police as thier profession is to get more and more money (not all policemen and lawyers).

they push the girl family to file a case instead of patch up with husband to live a healthy life. .

the girl and her family members know that the law is in their favour wheather other side (groom ) done no mistake. thats why the number of cases increase day by day. and breaking indian homes.

i pray to god this law should be amend in such a way that wheaher a boy or girl . the culprit should be behind the bars.

but now at present girls know that wheather in court the husband wins. then also the law will not touch them as they are bride.( i say its not bride but bribe for corrupt lawyer . policeman and family memers of girl) who just for money cant see that the money they receive from innocent boy is used in marriage of their children and one day they also be charged with same sections of dowry and 498a.

i request to all my lawyers brothers and policeman that their are many others way to earn money in life. but by breaking one home where the life of not only boy or girl is disturb but many who are attach with them also have to face problem.

i request laweyrs and policeman if they came to know that their client wheather boy or girl in dowry case is framing false case against ther party they should not fight such dowry case. then only fabricated cases come to an end and you can save many indian home from burning and save india"s future in which your grand son and grand daughter live and one day they will be proud of you.

I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH MY CASE . AS I HAVE TRY MY BEST THAT MY WIFE SHOULD COME BACK AND I WILL ACCEPT HER AND RESOLVE OUR DIFFRENCES.

AS I LOVE HER WITH MY HEART.

BUT IF SHE NOT AGREE THEN I WANT THAT I WILL FIGHT THE CASE AND NOT GIVE A SINGLE PENNY TO HER . ITS BETTER TO GO TO JAIL RATHER TO GIVE MONEY TO GIRL AS MONEY IS NOT SOLUTION . IT WILL GIVE BIRTH TO MORE DOWRY CASE..AND INDIA WILL DIE ONE DAY..

KNOW PARENTS WILL START PRAYING TO GOD TO GIVE THEM GIRL CHILD INSTEAD OF BOY AS THEY CAN MAKE CRORES OF RS BY DOWRY CASES . AND ENJOY LIFE.

BUT THEY CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THE NEXT GENERATION WILL COME IF NO MARRIAGES IARE SAVED.

ITS JUST LIKE A MAN CHARGED WITH A MURDER CASE . AND COURT GIVE SUGGESTION TO MAN TO SETTLE THE CASE IN FORM OF MONEY WITH THE SECOND PARTY , YOU WILL BE FREE FROM YOUR CHARGES.. OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE UNDER TRIAL FOR MANY YRS. .AND THE FIRST PARTY WHO FILE THE CASE OF MURDER ENJOY WITH LADDOS IN BOTH HAND.WHEATHER THEY WIN OR LOOSE

PLS ANY LAWYER WHO CAN FIGHT FOR JUSTICE PLS GIVE ME SUGGENTION WHAT I DO.

TILL DATE EVERY LAWYER SUGGEST ME TO FIGTH CASE BY CHARGING YOUR WIFE OTHER IRRELVANT FACTS . THAT SHE TOOK ALL YOUR MONEY , JEWELLERY AND AHAVE EXTERNAL MARRIAGE AFFAIR. BUT I DONT THINK SHE HAD DONE THIS . BUT SHE TAKE ALL OF HER CLOTHES AND JEWELLERY. BUT NOT MINE. IF I LIE THEN WHATS DIRFFERNCE BETWEEN ME AND HER .
