sir how can i get a copy of complaint from crime against women cell . my inlaws file a complaint against me.

Police in Crime against Women Cell are not suppose to give copies to accused /respondents. You can get the complaint by greasing the palms of the enquiry officer who is dealing your wife's complaint.

sorry, as per the latest judgment of the hon'ble high court of delhi, one may ask for the copy of complaint from the police, once the complaint has been registered. The police is under obligation to upload the complaint on its web site.
