sir 1 - u/s 340 crpc can be file even crossexamination start in divorce case?
2 - application for enhancement u/s even cross examination start u/s 24 of hma?
3 - u/s 340 crpc also file on wrong wittnessess or not?

340 can be filed at any stage before judgment is pronounced. enhancement can be sought even if trial is going on. whether 340 is to be allowed or not, it would depend whether the offence was committed or not. read more on indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
