Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir: My daughter was given one sided divorce by the lower court against which an appeal was submited by her husband in high court. Also in an other case the lower court allowed a fraction of the demanded maintenance to my daughter. her husband paid just a nominal amount and said he won't pay any more on the grounds that he is out of job and earning a meagre sum of money for his personal maintenance. the same plea was given by him while he was earning huge pay. when a certificate of his employer was produced court ordered to pay maintenance. Till todate he has not paid any money for her maintenance. He also appealed against it in the high court. Now date for both the cases is due in march. I have acquired a certificate from a bank for the amount ha has paid as house building instalment beside this the builder has given me a certificate toi the efect thet he owns a house in their complex. He went abroad to join a job (for about a year) and mailed me from abroad. My question is (1) Can high court hear both the cases together? If yes, what would be efect of combining the case for hearing? Since he had not paid me maintenance I joined job. He has obtained a certified copy of my job details and is submiting the same to nullify the decisions taken by the lower court. Can court set aside both the cases decided by the lower case? In such a situation what should I do? Early reply will be highly appreciated.
