Sir decemeber 9th2010 i got married by marrieage burea,she is behaving very harsh to me and my family,on 2feb2010 she commited attempt to suicide by cuttinf wrist she got 10 stiches.i cant stay with that girl i am ery afraid of her, she speaks that she had affair before marriage and i was not ready for this marriage my parents did it forcely. she drinks, she eats tobacoo she eats sleeping pill also, sir pls sir i cant stay with her i m for very middle class family, we stay in rent house my pay is 5000/-pm, pls give me some positve advice

The stage for any legal action seeking dissolution of marriage is far off. You should try to make efforts for an amicable out of court settlement. The girl may need some space to make adjustments. If she is not willing to stay with you and seeks divorce, you may at stage consider a compromise.

you may file a petition for divorce on the ground of mental cruelty and site her attempt to suicide as main ground.
