Sir, My divorce case is going in Delhi, but the problem is my wife become the permanent citizen of canada along with my son. When I filed the case against her she just filled the reply in court and left the country without the information of court after first hearing we know that she become the Permanent residence of Canada. She has given the atorney to her father. Now please tel me that what about my divorce and what about my visitation right for my son.

I did not get your question. She can go anywhere unless directed otherwise by court. Court may order for her personal appearing , otherwise her advocate/attorney can attend.
Second, in case you bee granted visitation right, you can go to see your baby,
you may seek all your remedies including divorce and visitation of your son as she is being represented through her attorney i.e. her father. any notice or order passed by court is binding upon her even if served upon her father.
You can trouble her by filing a complaint to Canadian High Commission about her PR status and leaving country during the pend ency of this litigation and taking the child without any permission from the court etc.
