Sir divorce case filed by husband in 2007.
Please give me your valuable guidance to help me.
My husband is not disclosing his financial status.
I want to submit my full disclosure of financial statement, on that ground I want to ask my husband to submit the same.
Q1� Is there any Format for it.
Q2--- Under which section Or rule I should submit it.

Ask your lawyer to make an application for this to the Court.
My coleagues guide you well, that you may file your application to demand husbands financial status, but if you will disclose your financial status showing that you are earning something then you will never get any maintenance etc.
