sir divorce case filed by husband on false address. while filing divorce petition he filled only address form as address proof . He has not submitted any other documentary address proof in support of that address.
Q1-whether only filling of address form fulfills the requirement of address proof ?
Q1-- Can I ask the court to dismiss the case for not submitting address proof ?

In a divorce petition, address proof is must to see whether the court has got the jurisdiction to entertain the petition and hence in absence of that the petition can be dismissed or the court will direct the petitioner to submit the same.
