sir divorce filed by husband on false address of matrimonial home and age proof was also wrong i have a strong proof of it i am going to file 340 crpc on him for submitting false document of address my question is that

Q1--can i pray in 340 crpc to dismiss the divorce case on the ground of false document submitted by him in court of address and age proof ?

That could be good ground for dismissal of the divorce petition, however you have to press this in the divorce case and not in 340 CrPC
