hiding sources of income.

I want Details of

a---Income Tax

b---Property Tax

c---Wealth Tax

Q1- Can I ask in single application to the Court to issue summon ?

OR

Separate application is required for each.

Q2-Can all three be asked from one authority OR from a single authority ?

Q3-under which order/rule section can it be summoned ?

1. yes you can

2. The income tax and wealth tax information can be sought from same authority while property tax is a Local tax like house tax, so you have to summon local authiority

3. you can summon thse only when the court orders the parties to lead evidence in support of application
