sir divorce filed husband.he is a private company employee.our divorce case is in family court patna.
if i file application to court for summon to his office to produce document
Q1--IS his office boss is bound by the court to produce documents like his
a)age
b) salary slip
c) pf nominee,
d)pf detail
e)actual address of his
Q2-- is court accept my application for summon to his office or not ?
Q3--if court reject it then what to do?
Q4--can i go to his office to know his detail is there any illegal or not?
Q5--can i take all these information by RTI or rti will reject to give detail because he isa private company employee?
