sir, i got divorce in front of notary as per cast custom after in 2006 same regerstier and after 2010 get decree 2010 in famaly caurt all process with mutul consent what is my effect of date of divorce ? today we both are mutuly agreed with deed but third party can challange?

The date of divorce will be date of family court order. third party cannot challenge an order.
