sir divorce petition filed by husband . i apply for give power of attonery to my father . when he stop coming to court (nor accepted by court nor rejected by court it was pending).but after one year he appear in the court .and i am going to filed forgey case on him for giving wrong address of matrimonial home .
if i put forgery case on him then i know definitely he will raise que on my six years old photo which i have pasted on the paper of power of attorney.
sir please tell me
Q 1 - is court punish me or not? if punish under which section ?

pasting a six year old photo on power of attorney is not a ground for perjury and it is a mere irregularity.
all it requires is a picture identifiable to you. Whether picture is old or not, that does not matter. It must be your picture. If you can be identified from the picture then you are fine. there is no question of any punishment.
As regards your filing forgery, you should also contest the matter on its merits rather than only on the ground of wrong address.
No offence against you.
Even he will take stand that he left the mentioned address. So consult you lawyer before any case.
