Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir divorced case filed by husband .we married on 2007 .he filed divorce in 2008 .

he filed application for amendment of 13(1) (ib) in 13(1)(ia) in 2011

Q1-so after amendment he is free to remarry agin without taking divorce . is he has a right to marry again by law without taking divorce ?

Q2- , then i have to take stay order from court on his remarrying again?

1)Only a muslim can marry upto 4 times without divorce. Others cannot marry legally without divorce

2) No need because he cannot remarry legally without divorce.
