Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir divorced filed by husband in 1955 hma . he filed it on false matrimonial address.

in the written statement of the petition he has writen the false address but in the affidavit he has not written the address he has only written the statement to be read as a part and parcel of affidavit .

Q 1 ; if i file 340 crpc will he be punished for it ?

Q2 : Under which Sec of IPC he will be punished?
