sir ,divorced filed by husband .in petition he write wrong spelling of my name .my name is sonal .he write in petition soonal.my old lawyer say to me spelling dosent matter ? but my new lawyer start writing correct spelling of my name.

my new lawyer says to me you commited forgery is it true.

q1 -will it creat any problem to me in divorce case ?

No it is not forgery. Spelling Mistakes can be corrected by informing the court.

No its not forgery ... there can be clerical mistake and it can be ignored...
