Sir I have divorced my husband legaly. my 12 years old daughter is fully in my custody. Now I am going to marry second time. So please tell me how can I change my daughter Intial now.

No, you are not entitled to change your daughter's last name even if you have exclusive custody, unless your husband is willing to give his consent for adoption of the child by your second husband.
