Sir, i got divorced infront of notary in 2003 and same divorced registar in 2006 now third party mean other than my wife or direct effacted person can challange? mean passport officer or visa officer can challange?

divorce before a notary is no divorce. you will have to seek divorce by filing a petition in the court.
