Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir I am divorced with my wife and my daughter is 6 years old, i have two query for which i want to put across for help.

1. Is it possible to take the custody of my daughter permanently as mutual understaning divorce says i can meet her only on saturday for 8 hours.

2. My daughter is studing in a school where hardly any student are there i want my daughter to study in a recognised school, i approach for the same to my Xwife but they denied so is there possible way to fight for the better for my child careers . please reply me

You may try your luck by filing a property petition for custody /guardianship giving all facts. A local lawyer may help better.
