sir please tell me i don't want divorce.i have a strong proof about his age and his address he mentioned in divorce petition he also mentioned my wrong age at the time of filling petition.each and every incident he shown on wrong address in petition

Q1----under which section i filed to dismiss divorce case because he has done only to take divorce from me ?

Q2--suppose if i win 340crpc then it will effect his divorce petition or not ?
