sir divorse case from husband side i changed 5 lawyers .they nothing done anything in my favor so i decided to fight divorce case which is running in family court .court fixed the date for cross examination in April
Q1-- can judge give chance to me to cross-examine my husband and his witness?
Q2--or judge ask questionto him or his witness ?

first of all , i advise you to have trust on your advocate, cross examination is a technical matter and you cannot condcut effective cross on witnesses. any wrong question or suggestion may harm your case. so it is advisable to take service of some advocate.
