Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, i would like to know the exact procedure for cross at family court can questions out of the petition be asked.should only yes /no be answered or can give detail a little detail of the torture.let me also know on what basis will it be summarised.
i have been tortured and illtreated so much that i may find it difficult to answer some questions as fear is instilled in me that incase u say anything anywhere then ur life is in danger.
let me know if there are some lawyer in mumbai who can train me for cross so that ican be confident and fearless. i would be obligedif u could help me at the earliest.i am a lady who never open my mouth and suffered all torture and now it has become unbearable.
