Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir is it possible that an experienced lawyer can help us by taking the initiative for front to interact with his wife and my friend being at the support .....as mutual consent divorce can only come when an lawyer represents him and all the interactions are done through him as my friend is into this relationship which is a major fall back ....can anything be worked on this in this way.....

your friend and his wife both has to be ready and willing to divorce each other and should decide and agree on consent terms.
