Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I am expeting that my wife may file a false case u/d 498a, as she started threating me.

she already filed a false case under D.V. act, which is pending in district court since one month.

what should i do to proect myself. I am thinking to do the followings ( for advance information ):-

- to file online complaint in human right comm about threating & expecting false 498a.

- to send email to DCP - delhipolice about threatning.

- any other action for my protection- pl. suggest

whether i should do this now (or) wait for her charge sheet against me.

in fact, i want to file a case of RCR to reunion.

I do not agree with the course of action you have in mind. It may be better for you to make efforts for an amicable settlement.
