sir, i filed application for arrear of maintenance in my own writting to court in 2011march . in that application i have not apply for interest upon arrear. after that my lawyer filed another application for arrear of maintainance but he write application headline wrong (re-joinder) because husband not reply on my application i appoint a new lawyer he says re-joinder is not valid and you cannot get interest on arrear husband not given my arrear of maintenance from 2008sep to 2011july . he started giving arrear in 2012 march in a very small part . he earns a lot he done just to harass me .
Q1- can i filed another additional application for arrear with interest from 2008sep to 2011july in court
Q2- can court provide me interest on arrear or not ?

you can file an application for claiming arrears of maintenance and in case the order says that you are entitled for interest as well, you would get that also. read more on maintenance laws on my website www.karvai.in.
