sir, i had filed the case of rcr .she is not coming on two dates, my question is .1)for divorce petition i have to wait one year after a decree of one year.

or there is desertaion of already 9 months this 9 month i will be also added in one year period

for desertion the period required is atleast 2 years.

Apart desertion if you have anything else you can file for Divorce. But from your question case of desertion is not made out.
