Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i filed case against my wife for RCR under section 9 of HMA on last hearing she asks for maintainance now my lawyer advised me to withdraw case otherwise i have to pay maintainance for my child and my wife my question is is it good for me to continue the same case or to withdraw it what will happen if i will not withdraw case is this maintainance will be perment or temporary i have one year chid and dont want to beake my family please help me

even if you withdraw this case she will file a separate case for maintenance.

I agree. However, you should make efforts for reaching an out of court settlement and compromise the entire dispute - divorce, maintenance, property etc.
