Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir i have filed the divorcecase in delhi & my wife alos filed the case in punjab.Punjab case diss missed not withdraw by my wife.as judge called up my wife twice she not present as she was petitioner & my lawayer appeared on evry date.after argument judge dismiss the petition file by wife.is this help full me in other cases wihich was filed by wife.can i obtain divorce decree on this basis.pls suggest?wat to do next

you have not mentioned what was the case in punjab which your wife had filed. ipso facto you will not get the divorce here. you still will have to prove your grounds here in delhi.
