Sir

I filed DVA against my husband and in-laws.we then went for a compromise.

My husband and in-laws are still harrassing me both physically and mentally

can i ask for a protection for myself and my children?what is the procedure for that?

My husband has forcefully taken my certificates and passport of mine and children

what can i do now?

You may revive the DVA proceedings and may also lodge FIR against them.

in case your eariler DV case was compromised, u need to file the DV case afresh with fresh facts and circumstances and you can get the desired orders viz custody of kids, certificates, residences etc...under DV act itself.
