sir i have filed a dvc against my in laws . can my husband apply a case against me if he want .please tell me when he can file counter against me i.e. in how many days still first hearing also not yet taken place in my case .my question is husband can file case against me after first hearing is over or there is time to apply counter pls tell me .that can he apply any divorce case or any other false case like cruelty or me harrasing them is there any cases there to file me aganist me .

dear client he can file divorce case against u. u can also file police complaint against him and his family members for dowry harassment. u can also file maintenance case against yr husband. for any legal call me on 9422611385
