Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i filed maintenance from my wife as she is earning and i am unemployed due to depression i cant concentrate on work . she is earning 37 thousand per month which i have bank statement and her salary slip.

i am having car which i bought in year 2000.

which she show in court that i am maintain car. but my car mkt value is just 30000 rs

i sold my car to my friend but he didn't transfer in his name i have delivery note and sale deed of car.

will in court i can prove that having sale deed and delivery note that car i have sold or court deny my document.
