sir i have filed RCR and case is running in court still judgment not ordered and my wife she has applied for divorce with Interim maintenance of Rs.10k per month

My question is should i need to pay interim maintenance to her even though RCR judgment is not ordered

Please confirm ...

unless it is decided that she is living apart without a sufficient cause and RCR is decreed in your favour, you may have to keep paying the maintenance.
