sir FIR did on me in the yr of jun-2010 section 498a&406;me mom & dad on AB.Now chargesheet going to present in trial court.All house hold article taken by wife as per the chandigarh high court in the presence of i/o.And wife the cut the all connection with me from last 7 months he chnaged his cell no even.Divorce case is going in delhi district court.On first date she not appeared.iahve proof of her facebook id by fake name and in that id she mentioned single in martial status.will this help me in all case pls guide.
