Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, good Morning.

My father has passed away in the year 2005 jan and we are four brothers. We had an undivided land of 8.88 acres and when I was in the hospital ,all other brothers have sold it .But my eldest brother has given a release deed ,but he also got his share ,is it possible to sell non partitioned property without my presence ?is it legally valid?
