Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir Please guide me My self married around 2.5 yrs back, but i am able to manage with my wife.Now i dont want to live with her but can i pursue to take this matter legally to the court to take a divorce as their family is not ready for that. Pls suggest.

you need to make out grounds for seeking divorce viz. cruelty, desertion, adultry etc....unless you state all the facts viz. what is the cause of your differences with your wife, it is not advisable to go for divorce.
