Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir, my husband does not contribute in the expenses of the house. Since both of us are working he expects i run the entire show. He does not take care of any affairs of home and gives almost all his money to my in-laws without my approval. My father in law is also employed so it is not required to give money to them in large amounts. Also my husband keeps giving money to my sister in law who are married. Is there any legal redressal I can get?

You can claim relief for yourself and children under Domestic Violence act and additionally for your children in Section 125 CrPC as he is also liable to maintain his children.
First try to settle the matter amicably by talking with him and convincing him. If that doesn't work out then you may go for legal action.
dear client file 498a complaint against yr husband as well as if u r unemployed then ask maintenance from him. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

coz u are also working so you cannot demand your maintenance, but you can demand maintenance on behalf of your children. You can also try and file case under DVA act for house hold expenditure, but it all depends upon court to allow or not.
Good Luck.
You have to take steps to turn your husband to your side. Legal steps may not be effective in your case.
