Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir my husband come daily to my office and talks to my colleuges about my dispute with him. as i filed a complaint in women cell and demand for my dowry items back which i have never given to them. . he also comes in my neiubhours house and talk with them .

as I MAKE A COMPLAINT IN WOMEN CELL CAN I DO ANYTHINK AGAINST THEM AS HE SAYS HE IS COLLECTING PROOFS OF HIS INNOCENCE .

ITS LEGAL IN HIS PART OR I CAN COMPLAINT TO POLICE

PLS SUGGEST ME.

Your question is confusing as you have said that you have demanded dowry items back which you have never given to them.. Is this true. Do you want to make complaints against your nieghbours ?Please clarify.

yes, you can file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek restraining order against your husband from visiting your office or calling you or intimidating you. you may also get this order ex parte. contact a lawyer and file the petition.
