sir if a husband want div but wife does not want divorce then wt is the result and wt a wife can demand from his husband can his husband do 2nd mrg.my husband said my charater is not good he do want to keep me with him.but i am not ready to live him he is telling lie and he dont want to give me antthing wt i can do my case is pending in womecell

File a petition under the Domestic Violence act as well for interim maintenance etc.
