sir, my husband fild divorce petition from delhi in 2007 .filed false address of matrimonial home were we last resided together . in actually we last resided in matrimonial home in noida with in -laws.after filling divorce case about9 month he started writing his parental address in court.then he again started submitting application/ reply from false address of matrimonial homeof delhi .and in evidence by way of affidavid he not write false full address of delhi write in evidence only last resided in delhi.

q-if i file application in court u/s 340 crpc then case will be dissmiss or not because he is using two address at same time ?

q2- if i sucessess to proof he filed divorce case from false matrimonial address then he will punished u/s 471 ipc/466ipc in court?because he is using wrong documents of address proof.
