SIR

husband filed a divorce case. In district court.13(1)(ia) snd know he is going to amend 13(1)(ib) in jan2012 he is going to start process. but sir my problem is that he has not given my due maintainance about 2 lakhs .he only given 70,000.

Q1.- for recovery of due maintainance can we apply in high court ?

Q2.- and also for stay on process of amendment of !3(1)(ib)?

because on that day judge is going to start process of evidence.

Mutual divorce cannot be allowed without your consent. You may refuse to agree for divorce unless you have received entire payment either in advance or in the court.
