Husband filed divorce case then I filed 24hma case. Husband has flats.shops,plots,shares & accounts in different banks, but he denied he did not have it in his name.he is a private company employee in nodia.sir how can I proof it. Can you pl.help me how can i get it.

Try to get his income tax returns . He must be using his credit cards . how many cars does he have. where does he live . does he own the house and its papers.You can get all the information from the govt department with regard to his properties. His bank account. All this is not difficult to get for you to prove that earns alot. but i would suggest that file an application u/s 23 of Domestic Violence act.

if you know about the properties, you may apply for the certified copies of the same and that would prove his ownership. you may also serve interrogatories upon your husband asking him to disclose his assets. you need proper legal representation in order to get to justice.
